This Privacy Policy applies to the BMS Mobile application provided by BAYLAN ÖLÇÜ ALETLERİ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş.
BMS Mobile is a field-operations application used for meter reading, device discovery, Bluetooth and NFC operations, command sets, authentication, and operational logging.
Location data is used only while the app is in use to support Bluetooth scanning and nearby device discovery. We do not use location for advertising, tracking unrelated activity, or background location collection.
2. Information We May Collect
We may process the following categories of data when they are necessary to provide the service:
- Account details such as email address, username, and login state.
- Device and usage data such as device model, OS version, app logs, and technical diagnostics.
- Operational data such as meter UID values, read/write results, command sets, and history entries.
- Connection data such as Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, and network-related technical data.
- Support data such as bug reports, feedback, and messages you send to us.
On some Android versions, location permission may be used only to support Bluetooth scanning and nearby device discovery. We do not use location for advertising or unrelated tracking.
3. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and manage sessions.
- To support meter reading, writing, and device operations.
- To display, export, and store operational history.
- To troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and provide support.
- To protect security, prevent misuse, and maintain service integrity.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only when needed to operate the service or when required by law:
- With infrastructure or hosting providers used to run the application.
- With internal systems used for authentication, messaging, or service delivery.
- With authorities when required by law, security, or a valid legal request.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep data only for as long as needed to provide the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, and maintain history records.
Stored preferences and history entries on the device may remain until the user clears them or app data is removed.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us using the details below.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal and operational data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children’s Privacy
BMS Mobile is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- You may request access to the data we hold about you.
- You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- You may request deletion where applicable law allows it.
- You may withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable.

BMS Mobile; sayaç okuma, cihaz keşfi, Bluetooth ve NFC işlemleri, komut setleri, kimlik doğrulama ve operasyonel kayıt tutma için kullanılan saha operasyon uygulamasıdır.
Konum verileri yalnızca uygulama kullanılırken Bluetooth tarama ve yakındaki cihazların bulunmasını desteklemek için kullanılır. Konumu reklam, alakasız takip veya arka plan konum toplama için kullanmayız.
2. Toplayabileceğimiz Bilgiler
Hizmeti sağlayabilmek için gerekli olduğunda aşağıdaki veri kategorilerini işleyebiliriz:
- E-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı ve oturum durumu gibi hesap bilgileri.
- Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama logları ve teknik tanılama verileri.
- Sayaç UID bilgileri, okuma/yazma sonuçları, komut setleri ve işlem geçmişi gibi operasyon verileri.
- Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi ve ağ bağlantısı ile ilgili teknik veriler.
- Hata raporları, geri bildirimler ve bize gönderdiğiniz destek mesajları.
Bazı Android sürümlerinde konum izni yalnızca Bluetooth tarama ve yakındaki cihazların bulunmasını desteklemek amacıyla kullanılabilir. Konum verisini reklam için veya alakasız takip amaçlarıyla kullanmayız.

- Kullanıcı doğrulama ve oturum yönetimi yapmak için.
- Sayaç okuma, yazma ve cihaz işlemlerini desteklemek için.
- İşlem geçmişini göstermek, dışa aktarmak ve saklamak için.
- Sorun gidermek, performansı iyileştirmek ve destek sağlamak için.
- Güvenliği korumak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve hizmet bütünlüğünü sürdürmek için.
4. Bilgilerin Paylaşımı
Kişisel verileri satmayız. Verileri yalnızca hizmeti işletmek için gerekli olduğunda veya yasal zorunluluk halinde paylaşabiliriz:
- Uygulamayı çalıştırmak için kullanılan altyapı veya barındırma sağlayıcılarıyla.
- Kimlik doğrulama, mesajlaşma veya hizmet sunumu için kullanılan kurumsal sistemlerle.
- Yasal zorunluluk, güvenlik veya geçerli bir resmi talep olması halinde yetkili mercilerle.
5. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Verileri, hizmeti sağlamak, kullanıcılara destek vermek, yasal yükümlülüklere uymak ve geçmiş kayıtları tutmak için gerekli olan süre boyunca saklarız.
Cihazda saklanan tercihler ve geçmiş kayıtlar, kullanıcı bunları silene kadar veya uygulama verisi kaldırılana kadar kalabilir.

6. Güvenlik
Kişisel ve operasyonel verileri korumak için makul teknik ve organizasyonel önlemler uygularız. Ancak hiçbir iletim veya saklama yöntemi tamamen güvenli değildir.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
BMS Mobile 18 yaşın altındaki çocuklar için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
8. Seçimleriniz ve Haklarınız
- Sakladığımız verilere erişim talep edebilirsiniz.
- Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteyebilirsiniz.
- Uygun olduğu durumlarda verilerin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
- İsteğe bağlı işleme için verdiğiniz onayı geri çekebilirsiniz.
